Hi, I'm Neomi. I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula, mother of three teens, and the founder of Cradle & Care.

Based in Toronto, I provide compassionate, evidence-informed support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My own journey into motherhood began far from my extended family and familiar support systems. While that experience was sometimes challenging, I was fortunate to build meaningful friendships that provided encouragement, practical help, and a sense of community as I raised my young children. Their support deepened my belief that no family should have to navigate such a significant life transition alone and shaped my understanding of how important it is to feel cared for, encouraged, and connected during the transition to parenthood.

As a doula, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you move through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.
